With soulstress Nailah flying all the way from Los Angeles to perform at the Worldwide Awards 2010, the opportunity to invite her to Brownswood for a podcast with Gilles was not one to be missed. Her smoky old school flow caught Gilles’ ear a while back in 2009 when ‘Sacred’ lodged itself in his radio tracklistings for weeks and as a result it squeezed onto Brownswood Bubblers Five (out 8th March 2010). In addition to performing with Danay at the WWA, Nailah joined Robert Glasper at his Maida Vale session for a little impromptu collabo too. Remember the name!

This is killing me… what is the track that is playing at 30:36 while she is talking about her influences… that is killer… love it and i have heard it while GP talk on his BBC show too… but it hasnt been credited i dont think.. and id love to know who it is! please?
