Released in 1977 on Eurodisc, le Parisien Henri Texier and his outstanding collection of music doesn’t fail to daze and amaze generation after generation of listeners. A self-taught bassist, you can feel his skill and sentiment in Varech. Rhythmic, atmospheric and distinctive in its mood. Here’s something to end your week with.
